PREPAID - Purchase on Photo Day
Q: Why do I need to submit my order form and payment before seeing proofs on photo day?
If you need to return an order form on or before photo day, your school is running a prepaid program which involves taking only one photo. No photo proofs will be sent home. Make sure you fill out the paper copy and enclose payment with the order form. Bring the order form and payment to the camera on photo day. Cash, credit card, money order, and cheque are accepted.
Q: I missed the due date and I still want to order my child's photos. Can I still order?
Yes! You can still order a photo package for your child. The due date is for collection at the school. Please forward your complete order form with payment and $10 shipping and handling fee to our main office OR call us with your order. PHOTO PROOFS - Select Your Pose
Q: I received photo proofs with my order form, what do I do now?If your school order form arrived after photo day, your school is running a photo proofs program which allows you to select from photo proofs. If returning the order to the school make, sure you fill out the paper copy and enclose the payment with the order form. Bring the order form and payment to the teacher on or before the deadline. Cash, credit card and cheque are accepted.
Q: Can I order my photos online?If you received an order form with proofs on it - and a code written in red for online ordering - you can go to our Online Store and purchase your portraits online. It's fast and convenient - and did we mention you can ship straight to your door? You can also share your photos or have another family relative purchase these photos for themselves.
Q: I still have not received proofs for my child when should I expect them?
Proofs will be sent to the school approximately 1 to 2 weeks after photo day and will be distributed by the teacher shortly after.
Q: How do I get another set of proofs?
For the fastest re-print process, we recommend that you email your request to customer care with the following information: School name, city (as we have many schools with the same name), child’s name and grade to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please allow 2 weeks for your new set of proofs to be mailed to the school.
Q: My child did not submit an order or payment on photo day, can I still order?
If you wish to make the purchase over the phone using your VISA, MasterCard or American Express, please call our toll free number and one of our Customer Care Representatives will be happy to take your order. Once the order has been placed, please allow two to three weeks for the package to be delivered to the school. For your convenience, our customer care phone lines are open from 8am to 8 pm during the busy fall season.
Payment Methods and Taxes
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money order, and cheques. If you pay in cash, please send the exact amount for your order as we are unable to provide change. We do not accept post-dated cheques. NSF cheques are subject to a $20 surcharge. If paying by credit card, please ensure if you have indicated the type of credit card as well as the expiry date on your card.
Q: Does my fall school day portrait include taxes?
Taxes are already included on all fall school day portraits. That means you do not have to take out the calculator. Simply add up the price listed on your school day order form and you are good to go. For more details on how your taxes are calculated, please refer to our tax chart.

There is a $10 shipping and handling fee (per family) that applies to all late orders.
